Saphira is stunning!
Saphira was born in my house. She was the last of 10 puppies born. She took her time coming out and just poked her back feet out a bit. When I tried to see if I could help she pulled her little tootsies back in. That should have told me how our relationship would go. Everything goes on her schedule and not how I think it ‘should’ go. Once I submitted to that we have developed a great relationship and our training is coming along so well. And no matter what she is quite stunning!
Saphira loves hunting out in the yard. Any mammel is fair game. She’s very patient as she waits for the squirrels to make a mistake as they leap from tree to tree.
She is sweet, independant, brave, and curious. She is very athletic and runs very fast. And she is quite stunning.
Saphira trains and competes in a variety of sports. She does agility, Schutzhund, obedience, rally, conformation, nosework, and dock diving. Schutzhund is like 3 sports – tracking, obedience, and protection. She enjoys all of them. As well as going hiking so she can hunt for deer and other critters to chase (she’s on leash).
Saphira Loves Dock Diving
Saphira loves dock diving more than anything in this world. She screams and pulls and goes crazy. She does not like waiting for her tun. She loves the chase and the swimming. She does well in competition and jumps quite far.
Saphira Enjoys Agility
Saphira is enjoying playing agility. She has to jump high but she is getting fast and faster. She is doing well in competition and loves training. She likes playing with toys but string cheese is her favorite reward.
Saphira Likes Schutzhund
Saphira is learning tracking. She enjoys the hunting and eating the food. She likes to play tug, and run and chase toys, and eat food in obedience. And she really likes to bark a lot and bite the jute sleeve on the bad guy’s arm.
Heather is a great owner! I could not ask for a better human to live and work with. She is patient and generous with cookies. She throws the ball for me to chase and tugs with me with toys. She takes me on walks to see the giant rodents in the woods and she takes me to dog shows.
